By accessing this scoping portal, you agree to NextGen Web Studio's delivery milestones, payment clearance schedules, and terms of service. All milestones are cleared on an advance retainer basis.
- Each invoice milestone must be cleared before subsequent coding iterations commence.
- Source code IP ownership transfers fully to the client upon final payment clearance.
- Project timelines commence upon receipt of the initial clearance deposit.
